Phase 4: The design implementation
Phase 1: The design brief
Phase 3: The design development
This phase starts with an on-site meeting, where we begin to see what the space feels like - during this on-site meeting we will be taking measurements and photos of the space.
Phase 2: The design concept
We start with an initial phone call to discuss the design project, ensure we are a good fit and to establish the scope of work.
During this call, we will discuss your vision for the space, your budget, and the project timeline.
The process below describes the four design phases of Lieblingsraum – please reach out via the Contact page for a detailed description of the services offered and the pricing.
The pathway to your favorite space begins here.
thoughts from your designer
Be adventurous, courageous, and open-minded – learn about the things you don’t like, this will lead you to know what you love
An interior designer turns visions into reality. We work from the inside out, taking into consideration the architectural style, geographical location, lifestyle and preference of you, the client/s, as well as any other parameters, to which we then add our experience and expertise in combining shapes, colors, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, soft furnishing, and décor element to a successful scheme.
The collaboration between an interior designer and a client is very personal. It matters if you like your designer, and what they stand for; what expertise they have and if you like the style of the designer – there are designers that have a very specific style, while others incorporate many different styles.
Interior designers meet with their clients to discuss their requirements and understand their needs for a space. The interior designer then uses this information to conduct further research and prepare a proposal for the client's consideration. They ensure projects stay within budget and meet the client's expectations.
During your initial consultation with an interior designer, you will discuss your likes and dislikes. This will help narrow the field. Photos are also helpful in choosing a design. How you want to furnish the space, as well as how it will be used, can make a difference in style selection.
In short, yes. Lieblingsraum charges $50 for the Initial New Client Meeting, which is a one-hour video call. This fee will go towards the project costs when you decide to continue the interior design process with us.
